The iLookOut Child Abuse Prevention program has clearly demonstrated that it significantly improves knowledge about abuse, and attitudes regarding what is needed to protect children from harm and has resulted in individuals feeling better prepared to respond to child maltreatment. Now it has also been demonstrated that iLookOut improves reporting to child protective services, with significantly more reports resulting in findings of abuse and/or referral for social services.
